INFORMATION ON REFUNDS
Our 30-day return policy states that upon receipt of an item, you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@biohackingcoach.ch. Returns should be sent to the following address: Enrico Cestaro Biohacking via Locarno 24, 6616 Losone. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Damage and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and ensure it is resolved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), bespoke products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). Furthermore, we do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of sale items or gift cards.
Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item received and, when the return has been accepted, to purchase the new item separately.
14-day period of reflection for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Furthermore, you will require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, within 10 working days you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
