My approach is based on the Mindset Biohacking method, an advanced protocol created by Stefano Santori, a pioneer of biohacking in Italy. The philosophy is clear: biohacking is the tool, but Mindset is the engine.

Mindset as the Foundation
Without the right mindset, any attempt at change will remain temporary. Our first step will be to define the real motivation driving your evolution. As a coach, my role is to ensure that changes are sustainable and gradual, and turning them into ingrained habits that allow you to get the most out of yourself in the long run.
Bio-Individuality: A Unique Protocol for a Unique Person
We start from a fundamental assumption: your biology, your genetics and your lifestyle are unique. For this reason There are no standardised programmes. Biohacking is not a “fad” or a list of techniques to copy (like cold exposure), which in some cases could prove counterproductive or even risky. My job is to help you discover only the optimal strategies for yours body and the Tuesday specific needs.
Measurability and Mindful Technology
In my method, improvement is not an opinion, but an objective fact. We use the most advanced wearable devices, analytical support of the’Artificial Intelligence and, where necessary, specific laboratory analyses. Constantly monitoring biological parameters allows us to adjust in real-time and to clearly visualise your progress.
Multidisciplinary Approach and Safety
Your health is the absolute priority. The Biohacking Coach does not replace healthcare professionals but complements them. In the presence of pathologies or particular physiological situations, I operate in close collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists and coaches. This multidisciplinary network ensures that every protocol is executed in total safety and in perfect synergy with any therapeutic or sporting pathways already in place.
Cold water immersion (≤15°C) triggers a physiological “cold shock” response that may improve metabolic efficiency, stress tolerance, and overall resilience.
Safety note: to avoid risks such as thermal shock or cardiovascular irritation, start gradually, increase duration and intensity step by step, and consult a physician before engaging in extreme practices or if you have pre-existing health conditions.

One of the most powerful biomarkers of longevity. Improving it enhances cardiovascular health, aerobic capacity, metabolism, and life expectancy.
Monitoring sleep transforms rest from passive to strategic. Improving duration and quality leads to more energy, better hormonal regulation, stable concentration, and deeper recovery.
Measuring HRV allows you to listen to your nervous system. When it improves, stress resilience, physical and mental recovery, sleep quality, and performance all increase.
