Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What exactly is biohacking, and how does it differ from traditional wellness?
While wellness focuses on general well-being, Biohacking is a “science of self-management” that uses biology, technology, and data to optimise specific human functions.
It is a proactive and measurable approach: we don't just aim to “feel good,” but to make our body and mind function at their maximum potential.
I’m not an athlete or a senior executive. Is biohacking right for me?
Absolutely yes.
Biohacking is for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.
Whether you want to have more energy to play with your children, improve the quality of your sleep or simply protect your long-term health, the method is scalable and adaptable to any starting point.
Do I need to purchase expensive technology to get started?
No. Technology is an accelerator, but the fundamentals of Biohacking are about managing light, breath, movement, and circadian rhythms, many of which are free.
Together we will assess if and which devices might be useful to you based on your budget and your goals.
How long does it take to see results?
Many clients perceive an increase in mental clarity and energy within the first 2-3 weeks of applying the basic protocols.
However, Biohacking is a path of continuous improvement: the most profound and lasting changes consolidate over a few months.
Is biohacking safe?
Safety is the cornerstone of my method.
Each protocol is customised to your current physical condition.
As a Coach, my role is to guide you towards practices based on scientific evidence, avoiding risky fads and collaborating with your doctor in case of pre-existing conditions.
What if I already work with a doctor or nutritionist?
My work does not replace that of healthcare specialists, but complements it.
The Biohacking Coach acts as a “director” for your daily habits: I will be happy to interface with your key professionals to ensure your bio-optimisation protocol is in complete harmony with their guidance.
