Asteroid is a precision photobiomodulation device designed for individuals experiencing pain or inflammation in the oral cavity, ears, and other localized areas of the body. It is also highly effective for relieving muscle stiffness and soreness, joint pain, or accelerating recovery after an injury. Furthermore, it is perfectly safe and suitable for use on pets.
Small, lightweight, and practical, Asteroid is the ideal tool to keep with you at home or while traveling. It features a red and infrared light torch—both specific for eye treatments—and a precision optical fiber for targeted application. Please note: Infrared light is invisible to the human eye; therefore, the LEDs may appear to be off even when they are active and fully functional.
Technical Specifications: Wavelengths: Asteroid works with red light (630 and 660 nm) and near-infrared light (850 and 940 nm), which are biologically active wavelengths for reducing inflammation and stimulating tissue regeneration. Blue Light (460 nm): Provides a hormetic "boost" to the mitochondria and helps modulate the microbiome.
Two operating modes: Continuous: provides a higher light dosage for surface treatments. Pulsed: reaches deeper tissues and synchronizes with cellular repair mechanisms.
